Screening 360°
Information
Please find below the complete information regarding the upcoming Screening 360°.
The screenings will take place during weekends in March 2026 at the Skills Center in Spånga. Address is below:
Finspångsgatan 38
163 53, Spånga
(there is parking limited parking available, otherwise there is street parking)
(* On the days the Screenings take place, there will NOT be a DIF training with Skills coaches, ONLY Screenings. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact DIF directly.)
Testing Stations
During the allocated hour, teams rotate through the following stations:
Awareness
Game in Motion or Touch and Control
CMJ (Counter Movement Jump)
20 m Sprint
COD 5–10–5 with ball
Push-ups
All stations are supervised by staff
Practical Information
Players should arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled start time, already changed and ready to test. Appropriate footwear and a water bottle are required.
